Help! Need Tune Named!
 

I think it came out sometime between the 70s and now. May or may not have had vocals, but I'm pretty sure I remember the word "and". Maybe not though. Not sure what genre it was but there might have been drums of some kind in it.

Also, it might have had a video that showed a musician or musicians in it, but I'm not positive about that.

This one uses the word "and" a lot; perhaps it's what you're looking for?

At least I'm not the only one bothered by this sort of stuff.
