Music from music video

Hi guys !

I have an issue, it's torturing me ! I remember I saw a videoclip (music video) where at a moment there is just the head (face) of the person (short hair woman or man) on a black background. It's not so old at all but impossible to put the hand on that !
It was I think electro (well nowadays taste..).

Please if you can help me, I'd be so grateful !

The video description reminds me of Sinéad O'Connor's ''Nothing compares to you'', but it's more than 20 years old and not electronic at all.
