Saw recently on MTV or VH1... help
 

Looking for the name of song I saw on MTV or VH1. The melody is somewhat Arabic. Key features I remember from the video clip: A guy with keffiyeh rolling one eye; women leaning backwards in an impossible position; a woman with color braces.
