Need help finding french song

Ok... This is going to be random as hell:

Looking for a French song that came out in the mid/late 2000s. I don't remember the artist, or name (awesome), but I vividly remember the video. It's a slow acoustic tune and the video is a shot moving along a wall with different scenes in each cubby of the wall. The singer is only shown once, flayed open from surgery.

I remember the name starting with m, but I might be crazy. I keep thinking te name was "words" in French, but its something similar, just not mot.

Any help will be appreciated, and I will build a tiny statue in your honor.

I should probably add that its a solo artist, not a band.

Sadly, it is not, but I do appreciate the attempt.

It's a damn good song, and the melody is on repeat in my head.

I have searched a lot for the french song you are asking for. But I was unable to find out can you share some more details if you remember something more. Please do it because then it will be easy for me to try once again.
