Help with a song from 2000 2001
 

There was a hip hop song sang by a black female with an Indian flute "India" playing in the background. If I remember correctly she had a slight accent though I don't recall where I thought is was from. I was stationed in Italy and was not up on what the music scene was doing. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks
