Heard this song outside. chill, soft song (just acoustic guitar and vocals)

unfortunately I could barely makeup/remember the lyrics. I think there was something in the lyrics about "the rain" and "fall down down down"

the Singer's voice kinda sounds like Lenka or Lily Allen

Ps. I have a sample of part of a tune I recorded from memory, but I can't figure out how to post the link.

Any ideas ? =D
