Looking for the name of the song
 

Hi,

I am new in this forum and I would like to know if anyone recognizes the song from 00:00s to 00:20s in this video of Tracy Morgan Bona Fide.

Here is the name of video ( i cannot post the url :/)



The only thing i recognize is the vocals: " Spread love is the brooklyn way " which is a line in the song Juicy - Biggie.

I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me the name of the song because i need it for a video project.
