1998 song, no lyrics, Enigma style

I am trying to find a song which should be of 1998 (that is when the advert is from) but might be earlier than 1998
It almost sounds like the band Enigma but I actually don't think it's them
Unfortunately I cannot use Shazam as the advert is too short

Don't know the song, but I did see a nipple at 1:01:10.

Srry man idk the song either but you could probably find it if you google 'Honda car commercial song' or something like that, if it's a song from a group it's probably gonna pop up somewhere.
