Desperate to find this song

Hi!
I'm dying to find this particular song: youtube[.]com/watch?v=Rdrhv_JWfh4
The audio was cropped by me from a video called Where the Bears Are SEASON 2 Episode 1 from Youtube (the song starts at 4:44 in the original vid).
Soundhound/ Shazam/ MusixMatch etc. don't bring up any results. I can actually hear some lyrics "make you scream" and "time to change the scene". I even asked some actors on twitter/ vie e-mail about the song and thus far I only got an "i don't know, man".
