Help finding a video clip

Hey guys, I've been dying looking for a song i really liked but can't remember nor the lyrics nor even the tune.
All I remember is the video clip, it starts with a guy, emo looking bangs with a piercing on his lip I think, sitting at the table across from a girl. The table starts filling with more people and while he's singing he imagines himself making out with the girls at the table. At the end of the video he's poisoned and falls on the floor.
I'm not sure on the music genre either,I think it was Rock but it could have been a bit to the Pop-punk side.
Even if you don't know the actual song or band, call out some bands to see if I can look from there, your help is much appreciated.
