Default I have audio clip of song but hard to hear - Jethro Tull sounding?

If anyone can figure this out, well, you know you're stuff....On Amazon there is a video clip of Sean Scully painting and there is a song he is listening to, it sounds a little like Jethro Tull, but it might not be...

I can't post links yet because I am a new member but
if you google "Sean Scully Passenger", you will see a link for a video on Amazon and if you click that page, just click "Watch Trailer" and it's the first song that is playing while he is painting. It's playing in the background so the audio quality isn't that great...
lyrics "sweet as the salty rain"???

Many thanks in advance to anyone who can solve this...

Hi totallyphuzzy

Artist is Bert Jansch, and the song is called "Moonshine", released in 1973 :-)

I simply played that sound clip and used "soundhound" app on my phone, it has helped me many times.
