Vague memory of an early 90s video

Okay, this is a weird one and frankly I don't have much hopes of finding out who this was... I don't mean to start on a negative note, lol, but this is really really obscure.

Back in the early 90s at the start of my teenage years I used to watch a lot of MTV. The channel used to be eons better than what it is now. I remember seeing this one music video which amused me to no end. I have very vague memories of it. It had some sort of caveman theme I think. And the song went "da da dum da da da, da da dum da da da" or something like that. :p I don't remember any English lyrics. The whole thing had a very European vibe to it. Anybody know what the heck I'm on about?

Was it "Walk the Dinosaur" by Was (Not Was)?

No. That's not it. It has this one deep male voice going "da da dum da da da da da dum da da da"... and there was hardly any or no English in the song at all. Maybe it was a techno or dance track? played regularly on MTV in the early 90s... For some reason I'm picturing some sort of caveman costume in the video. But my memory is very very vague.
