Looking for the artist and song name

Every so often when I'm at work a certain song will play over the radio, usually when it comes on I'm busy and not able to hear the lyrics. The only line I've been able to somewhat make out is "I don't want to be the one to hold you down when you're trying(or fighting) to stand up". The song is rock/alternative with male vocals and unfortunately that's all I have for you, I just have to hope it's enough for someone to identify it.

After some digging I've managed to find the song I assume you're talking about.

As far as I can tell it's called On Your Feet by a band called Wish Inflicted. Not sure what radio station you heard them on seeing as they seem to be a pretty small band. But yeah, that's the song.

Yep that's the one, I work at a grocery store and it plays over the intercom radio every once in a while. Thanks for the help.
