Default What is the music genre called?
So what genre is this? I had thought it was classical/fantasy music, but I can't find any other music like this.

The Call - Miracle of Sound
The song is on Youtube. [I can't post the link]

I'm thinking I need to step back on modern music and listen to more music like this. Anyone have any ideas?

I doubt that it's actually a whole genre. It's just "video game music." That's all Miracle of Sound does.

Though it does sound like "New Age" music. Look up "Windham Hill" records.
