Recently, my partner and I were in Europe (over xmas) and we got to love some of the local songs.

One that we remember was about a man who created a life like doll. In the end, she came alive....etc

The song ends with it all being a dream, and the woman was real the entire time

I know, not much to go on, but if someone can tell me the name of this song, I will be very gratefull
