Does anybody know this artist? (Electronic/Chillout)

I am looking for the artist of an electronic/chillout(?) song titled "All I Ever Wanted" (not the electronic Basshunter song). The track time is 3:40. Unfortunately there are no lyrics so I apologize for being so vague.
