Unknown Song - Please Help!

I'm looking for some help identifying a song I heard a LONG time ago at an As Tall as Lions concert in Baltimore.

I heard it in between sets over the PA and it had an almost identical intro drum beat to Marilyn Manson - The Beautiful People, but was more of a grunge-synth instrumental with some environmental vocals throughout. I remember a lot of female sounding "Na nas".

I know this is a REALLY vague description, but it's literally all I remember about the song besides loving it. I even missed it with Shazam by just a few seconds...
