Trying to find the name of a song very rare
 

the lyric i can remember is.. your the star light of my life, star bright up the sky, then am man comes in saying ''revolution revolution'' or ''resolution resolution'' it has a very futuristic sound.

idk how accurate the lyric are but its a rare song, any help will be welcome.

What style of music is it? Is it fast or slow? What time period is it from? Are the main vocal male or female? What context did you hear it in (radio, a movie, MTV, etc.)? If it had a video, what was the video like?

its slow an i think its from the 80s the main vocal is female, i head it on youtube years ago i think in 2008 , but i searched YouTube for hours even old comments of a video i thought was it, i know it had clips from blade runner in the video.
