HELP. Find the name of a song.

Good day guys. I have been listening to some songs from my childhood lately and I enjoy the feeling of nostalgia. I want to listen again to a song I once liked but I can't remember the title nor the band. I only have a vague description of what it was. I hope you could help.

I think it was between the late 90's and the early 2000's.
I believe the artist was a group of girls and boys sort of like S club 7.
It has a music video and in the video there is like a dance ball or something and the artists are wearing classical Victorian dresses.
Yup that's all I can remember. It's a blur on my mind but I'm sure there is this song. I just can't remember.

The group called Steps may be the one you want. This may be the song, but there could be other songs - I just haven't searched for them.
