There are some children and a woman in a dark and creepy place look like an alley, and they seem like they are drowning :/ Sadly that's all i know about it. I haven't seen it myself. My friend told me about it.

I think you're talking about "Only You" by Portishead which has a video that is exactly as you describe. I can't find a viewable version of it on YouTube unfortunately though. It looks like there's some kind of copyright issue on the video, maybe if you're in a different country from me (I'm in the US) you'll be able to view it.
