Question A song about A brother drinking?
This has been bugging me for the last 4+ months and i cant find it in any top 100's.

The song starts off slow, singing (almost talking) about a party where his brother is drinking "if it wern't for his father and not for the other" but he goes on about how it affected him etc.

please put a name to this,
