Identification of unknown track, please !!!!

Excuse me for my english at the beginning :D My issue is the heaviest of the heavy, I am looking for everything about track 0:00 to 0:08 youtube.com/watch?v=T-UIOeN7M2U . Anybody know something about that background music (name of song, artist, link to full version) ??? Please help me my masters :DDD !!!
