Wondering if anybody can help me find the song title and artist that belong to these lyrics I heard the other day:

Heard it on a country music station, sounded country to me, which is why I'm posting this here. Google hasn't been any help for me this time, so I'm wondering if any of you fine people might have heard this and know what song I'm talking about?
