I need help with a song.
 
I don't have much information so I hope this will do, It's a female artist from the 90's (I think) and part of the song (maybe the beginning and/or chorus) it goes "chang cha chang chang chang chang chang cha chang chang chang" or "cheng cha cheng cheng cheng cheng cheng cha cheng cheng cheng"

Sorry it's not much to go by, but I know it to be a well known song and I am sure someone on here will know.
