Default Total Long Shot Request Here

Alright first and foremost I should preface this thread by stating I know the odds of finding the song are damn slim, but I figure it can't hurt to try. In the Summer of 2008 I had a job over at my college cleaning dorm rooms. Someone in the next room over had a boombox tuned into an alternative rock station and a song played that to this very day I wish I knew the title of. Would someone be able to provide me a listing of some of the more popular alternative rock songs during the summer of 2008 so I can go on youtube to see if I can find the match. Thanks soooooooo much to anyone who can help me out.

You're going to have to give us more information than that. Alternative rock could be anything, and even if you think it's alt-rock it may not be. Any lyrics you recall? Was it male or female singer? Fast or slow? You have to narrow it down or no-one is going to be able to help you.

I think it's funny that MusicBanter seems to be like the Missed Connections of finding random songs.

What I think is more funny is that most of the time we actually figure out what it is they are talking about.

But yeah, we need more info.

You really don't remember anything about the sound, the voice, the feel?
