So about 15 years ago I decided to listen through my dad old tapes. And I found this nice artist/band/project taped on the back of a Michael Jackson tape. I've been searching for it on an off for the past few years with little results.

The only things I remmember are:
1) It was ~maybe late 80s, 90s techno/dance style music.
2) It had a male lead voice( and there honestly was very little )
3) The only lyrics I remmember are: "We're pumping techno" and "Techno is a/the sound from/of Europe's underground"
4) Melody wise I remmember one song had this Hi-yeah(flame protector on !) thing in the background. Like in this song, instead the Ahhhh part was a short "hey!" And the male shout i beleave is almost identical to the one i heard on the tape.

Please help me, I wont rest until i finally get what I'm after!

It's doesnt work with the exact time i want it to play, so i think it easier for people to copy/paste it instead of scroling to the time i want.

It might have been a DJ mix that was never released.
