This spoken ballad / song is about a wounded soldier (I think a GI) He lies
on the battle ground expecting to die, when another soldier, a big guy (i think) picks him up and carries him back to camp and safety. When the soldier wakes - he tells the medics about this soldier who carried him to camp
but the medics tell him this soldier died the same night (so I reckon it was maybe his spirit that carried the wounded soldier) Can someone tell me the name of this number -- Thankyou..
