Question Early 2000s Music Video I Saw

This is a shot in the dark, but does anyone remember a music video from this vague description: I remember a caucasian, bald singer pushing a stretcher around in the hallways of a hospital, with other people following behind him (maybe other members of a band); it was on MTV2 in its early years when slightly more obscure music videos were played almost all day; it was definitley early 2000s - no later than 2002, but I think 2000 on the dot?

Do you remember anything else? Like was it a slower song more like a ballad? Something more rocking? Weird electronic stuff? Is anyone in the stretcher? What's the point of them being in the hospital?

It was more of a pop rock (not heavy) tune. If I remember correctly, the entire stretcher couldn't be seen. The video may have been from the point of view of a person laying in the stretcher.
