Anyone know this song???

Alright, so everytime I plug my iPhone into my car, a song labeled as "Arrested Development" comes on. It has no artist or album. The song has grown on me but I have no idea who plays it or even if it's called "Arrested Development." I've tried Googling the name and snippets of the lyrics but nothing. I came on here to see if anyone could give me some clues. It kind of sounds like P.O.D. I think.
