Early 90's pop song - artist begins with A or Z or Za...(from video description)?

Nah it was neither of those...that 2nd one sounds far too arabic - it was much more standard western sounding than that (not boyband, but pop-singer...y'know where I'm coming from?)

The fact I couldn't watch the video as I'm in the UK didn't help...maybe it was a uk only minor hit?
