Cover of "I'm on Fire"

I heard a wonderful cover of the Boss's hit in a restaurant the other day. I swear it sounded like Sarah McLachlan but I've been unable to verify. I realize that a ton of artists have covered this tune and rightfully so, yet I can't find the version I'm looking for. Any leads would be appreciated.
