going crazy over a song heard at chili's

i heard it at chili's and in the chorus it goes Oooh Ooooohh between the chorus lyrics. it had a A,C,G,D chord progression im pretty sure but i couldn't hear it well enough to hear what the guy was singing

sounds almost identical to the hives hate to say i told you so but it is missing the ooh ooooooh in the chorus and the A,C,G,D chord progression (mostly heard by the lead guitar) but the voices sound about the same and so does the lead guitars sound. its bpm is around 128 and sounds like its from early 00's
