Looking for a Trancy 1990 tune
 

I used to work in a club must have been 1990 where they played this tune, has no lyrics instead a high pitched tune which sounds like a recorder or penny whistle, was sure it was called Anthem but searching for a 90s song called this is proving to be difficult, anyone any ideas?
