coldplay/travis

Hi folks,i need to settle a conflict of opinions with a friend.
I know that Travis sang the song `Why does it always rain on me`,but my mate says that Coldplay sang it? Who`s wrong or are we both right? Thanks for your help.

That's my signature lol, nothing directly to you at all. Music forums tend to be very cliquey, and I'm saying I'm not.

ok,no probs mate. i`ve looked on other sites and seems that coldplay did also sing it(unless they`re wrong) so i guess we`re both right,although my mate reckons travis never sang it,lol. thanks anyway. i`m not a cliquey person either,haha!

I'm not convinced Coldplay did sing it, maybe people think his voice is like the singer of Coldplay. Travis are a far better group imo anyway.
