cant remember name of band.

Hi hope someone can help me here. I was listening to 300 M.P.H. Torrential Outpour Blues by the white stripes today and it reminded me of a band I heard in the mid to late 90s who used to have the same style of music, moreso the blues style from the start of the song. I used to like them but lost interest in music, but have now regained my interest and want to find out who it was. I know its a long shot but if you can throw some band names at me I might remember who it was.

I don't know if it will help or not but the blues riff from 300 M.P.H. Torrential Outpour Blues sounds almost exactly the same as one of the songs from the band I'm thinking of.
