Need help identifying mystery track

Hey everybody. I need help identifying this song.

So, I got this mix CD from a friend well over a year ago, and seeing how it was a mix CD there wasn't any track names. When I asked him who made the song we soon found out that it was originally mislabelled.

We've shazammed, we've tunatic-ed, we've been all over the Internet trying to find out who's responsible for this beauty, but so far to no avail. So now we come to you. If you think you have any leads as to who made this, if you've heard it before, hell, if you're the guy who made it, speak up!

You could do worse than giving it a listen, it's really good.
