Start of ' Hungry Hamed's ' - tune on car radio???

Hope someone can help me out here!

Was listening to Hungry Hamed's by Spin Doctors the other day. At the start of the track is a few seconds of what sounds like a recording of general 'outside noise'. During this bit a car drives past with a song playing on the stereo - I need to know what the song is!!! You hear hardly anything of it and I can't even make out any of the lyrics (even with the volume way up), but the tune is really catchy!

Any ideas???
