Hard to find song... Rising Neptune - Evolution Revolution

So you may have heard the famous quote

It's from a song called Evolution, Revolution by Rising Neptune. However, I can't find ANYTHING about this song or band....... ANYWHERE.
I want the song. How frustrating. The only thing I can find is the lyrics.

Would love some help on this!!! I don't know where else to start.
