Please help identifying song

If I had to take a guess it came out around 2019. It is a female singer. The song is in a different language, not English. German comes to mind but not certain. She has a high pitched kind of voice as well as the singing is fast paced. It would almost sound "gibberish"-y. The instrumentation is on the harder type side and song and video is a darker style. I have it all in my head and on a previous phone I cannot currently access. For some reason the word ice comes to mind as well as the video being wintery. There is a music video for it of course it is on YouTube. I just cannot for the life of me recall it to even attempt to find it. Please help!
