Most all species consider the actions of animals of a different species to be "crazy." The monkeys were probably just asking each other in monkey-speak, "why the hell does that human keep staring at us?" "I dunno, he's probably just crazy-- most of them are, you know!" "Hey! Let's fling some **** just to **** with him!" "Now honestly, George, do you have to be so crass!!"

Well I can certainly see why having the social freedom to fling one's own feces would be appealing. I can think of a situation or two in which that option would come in handy... So no judgments here :)

Oh and btw... Curiosity may have killed the cat, but that's a small price to pay when you're a creature with 8 lives to spare.

I wasn't bothered, just curious by nature. After all, I'm a cat deep down.
