Those {} things are nasty. It looks like somebody took a bracket and bent it out of shape or something. [Oh well]

btw. im a guy, not a girl, just clarifying so nothing wierd happends. my avatar represents the other side of my personality, and when i type in brackets im communicating as my alternate personality, so i was just interested in why you used the brackets. so is there something wrong with {these things}?

[Brackets], for one thing, are sleeker - more pronounced - than those darned parenthesis. They get the point across to the world more hastily than any old parenthesis would be able.

Another excellent reason to utilize the POWER of the brackets would be to add your own little thought[s] to a post or statement of cause [primarily], as brackets are a significant way to signify how you feel about that particular area of a post.

...I feel I've gone a little too in-depth on this whole "Bracket Fiasco" and your face is [most likely] halfway to the keyboard in peaceful, uninterrupted slumber. If this is the case, then I'm dreadfully sorry.
