    I didn't even know that was Krautrock, I've heard Ege Bamyasi and the first disc of The Lost Tapes from Can.

    Can sound very different from Kraftwerk, much more heavy, and not as electronic.

    I love it. Can definitely see where Bowie got the inspiration from for "Heroes".

    My favourite tracks are Airwaves, Radio Activity and Ohm Sweet Ohm. I'm going to work my way through their discography.

    Is there anything similar you can recommend that would be a good starting point for Krautrock?

    Going to get this as I saw it on your sig.

    I liked some of the ambient stuff on "Heroes" by David Bowie and one of the tracks is called V2 Schneider, I heard of the Krautrock genre and Kraftwerk but didn't know what album to start with so I'll start with that one.
