i'm getting a little bit more excited as well. not sure about it topping Leicester, but it will definitely be a big knock to the sport of boxing to have one of the legends go down to a man from a totally different sport. i still say Conor has a true chance of KO'ing floyd, but it's Floyd's fight to lose. odds are he lets Conor tire himself out and then just works the scorecard for the duration of the fight for a unanimous win.
I wasn't daring enough to try haggis, haha. Too young for ale, but I loved fish and chips, sticky toffee pudding, etc. I got hooked on ginger beer.
My favourite thing to do when travelling is soak up local culture, and you really don't get to do that in big cities. You feel like you actually know a place when you hang out with everyday people.
As for the election... I'm not very well-informed on UK politics, but I think that calling the election was a stupid move on May's part. I was surprised at how little people talked about it. In Canada or the States, we never shut up about these things.
