Default R&B and Groove: Icons

Hello. Simply enough, my journal is based on the R&B, Soul and pop icons who have influenced me on a deeply spiritual level. I will be discussing music history, albums, culture and even politics in connection with all of these things.

In essence, this is a collection of my thoughts on the electricity of these figures, industry and music.

Firstly, I would like do to an analysis of my three favorite albums of all time to detail my writing style and preferences

One of first topic will be Aaliyah, featuring and in depth review of my favorite album and talking about the history and context of Babygirl, The Princess of R&B.

Thank you

Hicks

Welcome to Journalland! Always good to see a new author make his or her mark. I don't have any real interest in your subject, but people could say that about ninety percent of mine! I wish you the best and hope you get some enjoyment out of sharing your love for your music, and get some feedback too. I spent about seven years writing about music here, but nowadays I'm more in the history line, with few music journals other than my Prince, Country Music, History of Progressive Rock and Classical Music ones. I know how much work goes into a journal and I'm sure yours will be a success, and that you'll have a great time writing it.

Best of luck!
TH
