It's honestly their worst album (even though I like it). Allright, allright, The Origin of the Feces might be a hard sell as a superior Type O Negative album, but I like it more personally...
But I wouldn't recommend that you give another album a go. It's unlikely that you would connect with any of them. Here's their most catchy song ever. You might like that. At least I know that I love it: Don't know if you'd listen to a rec made by me, but here's one I'd be really curious to hear your thoughts on: Judie Tzuke - I am the Phoenix |

Snail's House - Snö (2018) Tagged: Downtempo, Bitpop, Chillstep, Wonky Recommended by: Frownland Rarely does an album cover so perfectly encapsulate the sound of an album. Bubbly, floating and colourful production, with a completely dream-like vibe. I could understand why Frown recommended it to me after like 10 seconds. The first two tracks bounce and build nicely to the more synth-heavy third track "[snowdrift]", which sets the tone for the more wonky elements within the album that come later. "[waiting for you, waiting for you]" transitions very nicely into "雪の降る街で、あなたを待っている。", with some glitchy elements added here and there. Some tracks actually remind me of the intro tracks on Lune Rouge by TOKiMONSTA. But if I had to describe this record, I would say it's as though edIT slathered Crying Over Pros for No Reason with honey, marshmallows and other assorted confectionaries. My sweet tooth goes deep, so this went down a treat.
