inb4 the followup question that makes you both look hella racist.

If it was a question of sending a roach to its death I'd go for it, but eternity is a long time to suffer. Hell's on a magical level of pain or some **** so whether or not roaches feel pain (or register it in a similar way to us) on earth wouldn't be relevant. It's gonna suffer if you send it to suffer. I'd pretend to consider it for a while and still go through with it.

The ultimate question is why would you send a roach to burn in hell when you can burn that roach yourself and get faded?

I would totes send a black person to hell if I found them in my kitchen stealing my food and breeding.

I do not care enough about a roach to contemplate what suffering it may or may not experience.
If the cockroach is capable of any kind of suffering at all after it has experienced the equivalent of all the suffering of all human beings combined past present and future it still wouldn’t have even started to suffer.

I'd ask you if you've ever lived in a place with roaches but we both know you have.

The wooden door under my kitchen sink is rotting. Recently I saw a roach walking on it so I sprayed it. A few more spilled out. They were nesting not inside the cabinet but inside the actual door. I sprayed a lot of insecticide into the openings of the rotten wood. ****ing bastards can live on the wood and mold and moisture in there and the counters and sink and floor have to be bleached every day but even poison and cleanliness can’t stop the little ****ers. I HATE them. I’ve gotten rid of fruit flies and ants and even mosquitoes but if you live in an old place with ghetto neighbors and dogs the roaches are all inside the walls going from apartment to apartment they’re insidious.

Was it Wolf who said she had never seen a roach? I mean they’re everywhere but in those dry climates out west they’re not so incredibly in your ****.

As bad as they are here, when I lived (briefly) in Brooklyn it was much worse.

When I was a kid for a while we had roaches in the house and ****ing god it makes you not feel like a human being. Luckily we got rid of them and I haven't had to live like that since, but we live right next to a marsh and every once in a while there'll just be one in the house and I'm always like, "Is this onethe vanguard of the end?"

That’s an interesting way to put it. There’s something about roaches invading your home that actually does seem to have that effect. It’s especially true if they’ve worn you down to the point to where you’re resigned to cohabitation. It’s as if they’ve declared their equality through an occupy movement.

Rob Michalchuk - Flesh (PLM169)

https://poorlittlemusic.bandcamp.com...esh-plm169-c60

Solo Saxophone w/ echoes released yesterday

As a courtesy to potential listeners I like to point to a tradition that the music has grown out of when reviewing free jazz. The effects bring to mind Bitches Brew and what Colin Stetson accomplishes organically. This is not the type of jazz that rearranges the sounds of the predecessors. This guy has mad chops but he uses them to take you somewhere further. With how much free jazz revivalism that’s been going on the oxymoronic traditionalist avant-garde would probably serve him better commercially but he’d apparently rather jam the **** out with his own echoes and that’s what he does on this outstanding release. He blasts out these Brötzmannlike runs and then before it’s even over he’s smearing it all over the sonic landscape. 5/5.

Take your most optimistic self to before the internet existed and imagine what it could do for the art of music collaboration. That’s what this is. The interaction and guiding formula bring to us the proper expression.

So ****ing 5/5

Remember the medium isn’t the message; the medium is the massage.
