I’m writing my thoughts first impression while listening

Fader first track 27 minutes by Beatloads

Before clicking play I’m thinking let this be decent because 27 minutes

Starts off ambient - some kind of wave keyboard sound and someone hitting the body of an electric guitar and flipping the toggle switch- nice interplay of sounds interesting and appealing atmospherics

The structure of this reminds me of an elm tree

Has an organic quality to it

Sort of the musical equivalent of hanging out with this tree

Diving deeper into the avant-garde now

I’m not sure how much of this is guitar

Sort of like if Stian Westerhus were to unpack and reveal his moves more slowly

Yes really into this now / solid foundation and interesting directions or branches (elm-like)

21 minutes in I enthusiastically approve of this track. Seems more mechanical than organic now. A robotic tree perhaps. Love the patient guitar work. No rush. Very modest in terms of ego. This is music that put esthetics first. The way it should be.

Alright it’s winding down. Seems like it could go on. Ha like the percussion at the end.

Excellent strong opener.
