The Knocks - 55 (2016) Tracklist: New York City Time Classic Kiss The Sky Dancing With Myself Comfortable I Wish (My Taylor Swift) Collect My Love The Key Tied to You Love Me Like That Cinderella Purple Eyes Best for Last Classic Spoiler for Choice Cuts:
Summary I can't remember my first encounter with this band, but their chilled vibe jived with me from the get-go. I couldn't stop playing this album when I first heard it, and some of the tracks became plug regulars for me. This is the type of summer record you can just play through at a party without caring if people will start complaining about your taste in music. It's inoffensive enough to please almost everyone, and also has some major jams. Sure, it doesn't come close to a perfect album, and some tracks don't quite hit the highs of others, but I can't complain. Bip Score: Spoiler for Extra Curricular:

The Beach Boys - Wild Honey (1967) Tracklist: Wild Honey Aren't You Glad I Was Made to Love Her Country Air A Thing or Two Darlin' I'd Love Just Once to See You Here Comes the Night Let the Wind Blow How She Boogalooed It Mama Says Spoiler for Choice Cuts:
Summary I have always loved The Beach Boys. I think there's probably something wrong with you in the head if you don't at least like them. Their harmonies, melodies, attitude and chipper personality are all too catchy and fun to dislike. They mastered the art of pop music from their first attempt and didn't really look back This album is no different. In fact, it's probably my favourite of theirs. It's less trippy and otherworldly than elements of Pet Sounds, but it's just tune after tune of drippingly sweet pop nuggets. It's true that some of these tracks almost feel incomplete, and just seem to end, but I like what I hear when it's playing so fuck it. Bip Score:

Charli XCX - Sucker (2014) Tracklist: Sucker Break the Rules London Queen Breaking Up Gold Coins Boom Clap Doing It Body of My Own Famous Hanging Around Die Tonight Caught in the Middle Need Ur Luv Spoiler for Choice Cuts:
Summary Charli is bae. You need to recognize and internalize. She's been a favourite of mine since I first heard her radio hits back in the day, and I have only grown to like her music as the years have gone by. She's got such personality and attitude, and I just vibe with pretty much everything she has ever done. Even her earlier stuff that's so bad it's great. As for this album, the bangers hit hard and are simply classic pop tunes as far as I am concerned. "Break The Rules" is one of my favourite songs of all time and I'd violate the NAP for anyone who disagrees that it's a fantastic tune. Sure, this album isn't the most consistent and features plenty of totally nothing songs, but it's hard hitters completely make up for that. Bip Score: Spoiler for Extra Curricular:
