If love made you one-noted, you were always one-noted tbh.

There are plenty of people who have been in love and after four years have something else to say. If the fact that you don't is so striking that it makes people sit up and take notice then maybe it's for the wrong reasons.

Depends on the nature of the love. For some people, there is only "the One", and no one else will do.

What does that have to do with being a bore?

All a matter of taste, I guess. I find Kate Bush to be boring.

****ty music aside, you don't find one-noted lyrics to the point of redundancy to be boring?

Adele isn't someone I listen to constantly, but when she comes up in rotation, I'm not bored. I would be, of course, if she was what I was listening to even more than casually. I also disagree with your premise, that she has one-noted lyrics. She has one theme, but there are many permutations of that theme to be explored, for the greater the love, the greater the heartbreak.

One theme = one noted

Oh, that's the meaning. Well, her theme is big enough to explore. It is, after all, endless, and if you have ears to hear and eyes to see, you'll understand that love is forever new.
