I'd check out the 1st StarCraft, as it's $15 for the game and the expansion, which is almost an entire sequel by itself.

Just checked specs and all is good (lol I'm still on Vista). Gonna pull the trigger when I get some time.

The resolution might give you some trouble since it's an old game from the days of thinner monitors, but changing my resolution to 800x600 one time fixed the problem for all time.
